Some “Further reading” sections may contain links to books. If a purchase follows one of those links, HHDI may earn a small commission. When that program is live, every such list carries its own visible disclosure line at the point of recommendation — not buried in a footer.

Current status: inactive. No affiliate account is connected in this build, so no purchase links appear anywhere on this site yet.

Advertising

Display advertising is planned for clearly marked slots that never interrupt the answer, cover evidence visuals, or impersonate content. Ads are commercial messages; they are not endorsements and never appear inside evidence sections as if they were citations.

Current status: inactive. The layout reserves space; nothing loads because no ad account exists yet.

Sponsorship

If HHDI ever carries sponsorships, they will be labeled in plain sight, kept editorially separate from historical claims, and never allowed to dictate what the evidence says.

Editorial independence

Recommendations on this site are made because they’re genuinely relevant to a story. If the commission disappeared tomorrow, the recommendations would stay exactly the same — or be removed, never inflated.
